What to write about
- Bug reports: include your browser, the steps to reproduce, and what you expected vs. what happened
- Tool suggestions: describe the use case — the more concrete, the more likely it gets built
- Feedback: what works well, what feels awkward, anything in between
- Privacy questions: anything about how the site handles data
Response time
Replies usually go out within a few business days. The tools run entirely locally and there is no account system, so account-related support does not apply.

Many usage questions are already answered in the FAQ section at the bottom of each tool page — it is worth a quick look first.
